You have three ways to reserve a room at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda:

• You can reserve your room directly through the Gaylaxicon 2008 website. Follow this link, select your room and nights, and click the "Check Availability" button, and then click the "Book" button.
• Call 1-800-233-1234 and reference Gaylaxicon 2008 and the dates in which you are staying at the hotel.
• Go online at Hyatt Regency Bethesda. On the left-hand side of the main page you will see "rooms and Rates." Enter the dates that you want to stay. Enter our Group Code (G-GAYL) in the "Group/Corporate #" field. Do not enter anything in the "Special Offer Code" box. Click on the "Check Availability" button. You should see "Gaylaxicon 2008" displayed. After selecting your rooms, click on teh "Book" button to book you room.

Regardless of which method you use to reserve your hotel room, you should recieve a confirmation e-mail from the hotel with the subject line "Hyatt Regency Bethesda."
